Registration

In order to ensure maximum security at “Le Frontenac”, we require non owner occupants to fill this registration form.

The Association will notify the condo’s unit owner if the relative(s), the guest(s) or tenant(s) fails to complete this form, to provide all requested information or to comply with the rules and regulations of “Le Frontenac Condominium”.

Please give your completed form to the building manager upon your arrival or deposit it in the mail box labelled “Condo Association” in the lobby.
